I visited my storage today around noon, I thought whomever was on duty would probably be at lunch. I was pleased to see that someone was at the site, as I got out of my car, I was pleasantly greeted at the door by a young lady (Omesha). I had some questions about my storage and she was very knowledgeable and addressed every question I threw at her. Omesha was outstanding in helping me get a new storage unit. She was professional, intelligent, competent, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. The process was quick and stress free. Omesha is an asset to this organization. I would rent a unit from her again in the future. I would also encourage others to do business at this Public Storage location. Omesha's customer service skills are SUPERB.
