Very well run facility with good prices.
Rent is adjustable and increases about 30% each quarter (or sooner). The climate controlled sections are kept at 85 degrees and are absolutely rampant with critters of all kinds. We experienced a serious infestation. Do not skip insurance. Highly recommend finding a local or family run option. Often at the PS location there is no one on the property who works there, and we see “gate runners” (people chasing cars to gain entry without a code) every time we are at our unit.
