The facility was clean, easy to access, and plenty of room to maneuver around. Tha automated gates were great. Easy and efficient rental process. I was able to lease a unit without talking to someone. I was also able to schedule my move out all online.
From the beginning this company screams scam. I paid for storage at this location in Iowa, at the kiosk, it gave me one in Ohio. Kept my money, waited for the property manager who I thought would fix it. She arrived , Sabrina said I had to wait on my refund for kiosk, but allowed me to get a unit with an additional payment for new storage. So I did. Sabrina at Public Storage in Council Bluffs was so incredibly helpful and kind. She went above and beyond to help us switch all of our entrance codes for 10 units and printed them all off to take with us. Sabrina is a gem! Thank you Sabrina, we are grateful for you! Stacey Cook and Steve Dyer.
We rented a unit for a few months over the summer to store our son’s college things instead of bringing everything home. We highly recommend this place. Extremely clean, affordable and easy to rent .
