Kerrie is awesome and the only reason I feel a lot of customers stay. If she leaves this place wouldn’t be the same . Great place tough and very clean
Silver Star on Hagen Ranch Road is very well run. The whole place is spotless. The manager Diane is extremely helpful and friendly. She took the time to help me pick out the right unit for my needs and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this well-managed storage facility.
I’ve had my items here through three different owners, and Silver Star has easily been the best by far. Diane and Kerri have been very helpful directing me to movers that could help and ensuring the process went smoothly the day off. The facility is always in great shape, and my items have been perfectly maintained throughout my time here. I highly recommend this place for its cleanliness and excellent management.
Great experience going to Silverstar. I met a woman there named Diane who made everything so nice and easy and understandable. I am happy to do business with Diane and Silverstar. Thank you for hiring such a wonderful person. I will continue to keep my items safely in that facility.
