This is hands down one of the worst business experiences I’ve ever had. No one ever answers the phone — I called over 21 times during their posted business hours and got absolutely nothing. When I went in person, no one was working, even though the hours were clearly posted on the door. Completely false advertising. Jesse couldn't be any nicer. He has been so helpful to me and always friendly. I really appreciate him and public storage for making my move easier
My unit was broken into on the 3rd floor. I was robbed. The storage facility did nothing about it. Even though they have video surveillance that conveniently wasn't working that day. They allowed another renter or employee steal my belongings.
