I only got to use the elevator once to go check my unit after signing up. The following day the elevator was broke and I was no longer able to access my unit on the 6th floor. The on-site manager stated that I can use the stairs. I then called customer support/corporate and they aren’t willing to transfer your unit to another location, offer a refund or anything. They just stand on “policy” and tell you NO at every request.. This is your reminder to never do business with Public storage.
