I’ve been renting a unit here for about 4 months, and everything has been great so far. The facility is clean, and I feel comfortable storing my belongings here. The young lady who helped me when I rented my unit was very friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy. I’m happy with my experience and would definitely recommend this Public Storage

SKETCHY Get the insurance if you’re going to keep your stuff here. When I returned to my unit, I noticed my lock had been cut and replaced with a new lock. (thieves covering up) I’m now having to spend my time filing insurance claims. Before moving out, I noticed a neighbor’s lock had also been cut. I alerted the employee onsite and they stated it would be taken care of it. I went back FOUR days later and the lock was still there, cut in half. A clear lack of care from management.
