Extremely satisfied customer. I had nothing but help. I’m a retired Marine and decided to get a storage unit at 4909 South HI 35 Public Tsorage location. The manager Jessica was extremely helpful. She helped me to get a bigger into the day prior to me moving in. She secured it. Made the move and got everything ready for me within 30 mins. She also offered help in showing me how to go into my storage unit. Very clean location. Thanks for all the help Jessica.
Came here in the rain needing a unit, called customer service and they said I had just missed the appointment window and to return next day, which wasnt an option. Hung up and was driving to next location when I got a call from this site. Martin was his name, bro reached out about my reservation. Drove in during the nasty weather on a weekend and provided me an awesome customer service experience and got me set up quick. Thanks bro!
If I can give it less stars I would. 1. If your renting do it online cause no matter what time of the day it is there’s never anyone in the office. 2. All the phone numbers they provide are all automated so good luck getting a real person to answer. Same goes with the online chat. 3. Don’t miss a payment cause if you do and you try and catch up on it they don’t give a F they will sell your things. Mary at Public Storage on 2513 RR 620 is phenomenal!!! She goes above and beyond to accommodate customers and their needs. I’ve always had a great experience every time I call or she calls me to provide availability. Thank you so much for your help. Appreciate you greatly.
For this property being "new" & open for FULL service already AND being off of 35 Highway - this property is NOT GATED. Almost all keypads are broken, doors are left open all day giving anyone access - how convenient. Its not secured AT ALL. Surrounded by motels known to homeless & drug addicts, right off the dove springs neighborhood known to have so many burglaries.... I do NOT recommend
