First, when I didn’t understand why I was being charged for a lock at the end of the online arrangement, I went in the store. The lady was nice enough and explained about the lock and if I had my own, they would adjust my account and I asked about the insurance. I asked her to complete my transaction b/c I couldn’t pull it up correctly on my phone in the store.
