Location is clean and well kept and feels very secure. Staff are welcoming and insightful. John was great during the sign up process and made everything easy to understand and answered any questions we had. Ive used Public Storage while in the states and I was very happy to see that all the ammenities I had come to expect from my previous experiences were here as well.
Friendly staff. They were available to help as needed. Clean storage units. Variety if sizes that met my needs.
Kindness and compassion were shown me when I arrived tired from a quick move. Thank you!
Best option for storage, Airdrie location has been a pleasure to deal with. Very well maintained building but the real selling point is the Staff. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone just based on the phenomenal customer service.
