Nice and clean facility. Easy process. Had questions and they were answered rapidly. Very happy with our choice of storage place. Mid-August got smacked with a $50/mth increase on storage rent (???) and when I talked about it to Terri and Grace at the facility they were very helpful in delaying the increase from Sept. 1st to Dec. 1st. Thank you!
