A VERY positive, professional and proactive experience from the very beginning working with Kiegan. I originally purchased a 10’ x 20’ while on the road to Atlanta to pick up items to store. Then called back next day on my way back from Atlanta to change it to a 10’ x 30’. Kiegan was incredibly flexible and helpful with swapping to the larger container, and even stayed late at the office to allow me to finish my check-in and show me how to access the bin in order to unload the trailer quickly. Thank you very much, Kiegan!
5 stars for Keigan at Public Storage, has always helped out when needed, his customer service is 5 stars!
5 Star Review for Cary who in person was able to help solve an account problem. Zero Stars for not less than 5 calls to Public Storage, wasting about 1.5 hours with runaround, and Indian accent dudes answering phone that are totally clueless. Corporate Public Storage needs to do better. Thank god Cary was there in person.
