Excellent service. Getting the locker was a breeze. I'm not good with names but the young lady and gentelemen answered all of my questions and the Storage unit was exactly as describled. I definately recommend this business. Edit: I was with them 10 months before I didn't need the storage unit anymore and in all that time I didn't have a single problem. My belongings were safe and secure and if I ever need a storage unit again this company will be the company I will use.
I had a great experience here. Trevin, the property manager, was extremely helpful from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process super easy. It’s rare to find someone so friendly, professional, and patient. The facility is clean, secure, and well-managed. If you’re looking for a storage place, I definitely recommend this location—and make sure to ask for Trevin!
Amazing service by Trish! I shopped around and visited 3 other competitors prior coming to Estate Dr and even though some of those locations were convenient and modern; the service, professionalism and knowledge I received from Trish when I was shopping around, was top notch and was SOLD!!! Trish should be appointed as the National Training Director !! Kudos! Keep it up Trish!
