My move-in couldn't have gone better. Convenient location, easy-to-understand instructions on how to proceed, and a very helpful customer service representative on the premises. Recommended.
Soooo dirty. I moved in about 2 years ago. I plan on leaving soon because for the price and the lack of cleanliness is concerning. This is supposed to be climate controlled but they always having it burning up in the storage units. My items are supposed to stay in room temperature not outdoor temps. There has been the same dirty hand prints and stains since moving in. I don’t think this place have ever been touched by a Clorox wipe. It was amazing! Shah was very helpful with showing me the code and where my storage unit was! It was so much more roomy than I thought for a small! Definitely will come here more often:)
