Smooth experience overall. I forgot my locker numbers and access codes, but staff verified my ID and helped me access my unit without any issues. One concern: I signed up for 24-hour access, but my billing details later showed otherwise. Since the front desk closes at a certain time, this could have been a problem if I arrived before/after hours.
