Great customer service and clean secured storage units. Priscilla was very kind and accommodating in helping us easily upgrade to a larger unit.
Got a unit and when I went over the door was jammed stuck. No one was in the office (I’ve went 4 times now, have called numerous times, and the lights are off and the doors locked). They called me and said nothing was wrong with it. I came back over and it was a struggle to get it open but it went finally. Came over a couple days later and the door is jammed stuck, not budging, nothing. I went to the office and have called and still no one is here or answering. Yet it’s still within the hours of operation they have listed.
Priscilla was such a huge help with my reservation, she really went out of her way to assist me. Her and Shanna have excellent customer service skills and made this experience easy and breezy
