Just reserved a new drive up storage unit at Public Storage - online reservation was easy, really like the phone app that will open the gates without having to navigate close to a keypad that I have to remember a code. Unit was clean, access is easy. So far, so good!
Lynda and Alice were very helpful and super nice! Easy to navigate the facility and move into the unit.
Great units with extra options. Insurance $20. Even have timed lights in some units. Clean very nice sight, truck and trailer friendly. Didn't find any dead ends very well thought out. Lots of cameras. Even have option to do everything online, Wich I really enjoyed. Heads up if you have any issues with gate or app. Uninstall and reinstall app. It fixes issues nice and fast. Alice was awesome! Experience and service was great and timely. She showed me 2 different options that I was not sure between and helped me find the right unit for me. They have units for just about every need. Definitely will keep my business anytime I need storage space now and in the future!
