The prices are obnoxious. I ended up paying almost $500 for a small storage unit over the summer. The instructions for moving out are unclear on the website, there was no one at the office to answer my questions, and the customer service phone is an annoying bot that didn't let me speak to a real person. There is no email address for asking questions and the online chat on the website also refuses to connect you to a real agent due to "high chat Volumes".
