We have been renting a 10x15 unit here since 2021. When we started, rent was $130/month. In just 3 years, it has doubled to $270/month — yet the quality of the facility has gone downhill. (Currently on August 14th 2025, the 10x15 unit is being advertised to rent for $128 per month. Not sure how this place has a 4.6 star rating. When I first began storing with this place last year, my bill was $60 month for a 10x5. It is now a year later and my bill is $105 a month plus $15 for insurance. The place is filthy and the indoor 10x5 units have no lights. I came to check on my things and there was mouse droppings all over everything. I filed a claim with their insurance provider Red Door, and they said they only cover up to $250 in vermin claims. Just paid an additional month for 19 days of storage because I moved out on the 3rd, not the 1st. This is after the facility manager promised I'd only have to pay 1 month in spite of this overlap. That's approximately $320 for 18 days of storage. The facility manager is never even in her office to discuss matters like these. It's empty every single time. Don't rent here. Save yourself the headache.
This place is the absolute worst place In the area to acquire a storage unit. I have been renting a 10x10 unit for 3+ years. Every time I seem to go to pay my bill the cost has increased with no notice.....beware of the average price used to get you in the door as there will be consistent and absurd increases almost monthly. My bill is currently over $350.00/month for a 10x10 basic unit with no heat.
