Well nobody was at facility when I arrived I parked my trailer in a spot evidently it wasn't the one I was assigned one cause I didn't see any numbers on the ground after renting a truck to tow my trailer and then returning it I get a call from the property manager and he was not a nice guy he told me to come move it or it gets towed couldn't change the number on paperwork probably cause he just didn't want to pretty bad customer service I then had to go rent another truck and go move it I know next chance I get I will be fi... read more

I just moved into a large storage unit and came over from over 5 years at Uhaul. There is a little room for improvement via their application for accessing the site and handling account matters. Their management has been very helpful in addressing my concerns being a new customer again. (I had a smaller unit about 14 years ago.) I will keep my review updated and I am grateful for their assistance.
