I was a loyal customer for about 5 years at this location. Did not get climate control unit. I was offered a free month, then 75 bucks and now it increased to 359, whoa. Expect it to increase every 3-4 months as per public storage policy. My issues: They drilled under my unit causing dirt and debris/corrosion to come into my unit, with the gap it allowed rodents to go inside. They had to set up rat poison after I informed them.
