DON'T RENT HERE Everything about this comapain is a pain in the ass. They raise rates like rabbits have babies. When paying with the app it sometime confirms payment other time it's a guessing game. Been trying to use my login id and password. Say I don't have an account, but when call in it recognizes my account. I've tried resetting my password. Anthony was great to work with, highly recommend!!
I just finished renting a 10x30 unit for 3 months at Cedar Ridge Dr. The very clean and well lit unit was on the first floor and that made moving all my stuff in and out very easy and convenient. Many thanks to Anthony who showed me the unit before I rented it. He walked me through the rental process from start to finish and patiently answered all my question. Anthony truly provided great customer service and was a pleasure to work with.
They will burn you every time just for a buck. Do not recommend
