He carefully assisted me in obtaining another storage space, and reviewing the billing history on the existing unit and the pricing on the new unit. I found him very helpful and I would recommend my friends and family to use the Public Storage at Ridge Avenue knowing that with representatives like Mr. Bickerstaff they can expect excellent customer service.
