I drove 35mins to clean out a unit that I won through the auction only to find out it wasn’t supposed to be sold; the manager forgot to remove it. All they could say is “sorry”

I will start by saying that both times I have rented a unit at the Ridge Ave location, James has been nothing short of Amazing through his kindness, professionalism, and service.
