The Public Storage facility in Commack is clean and secure. Our unit is easily accessible and the online reservation was less expensive than reserving at the facility. The app makes it simple to enter and exit the secure lot.
Linda was very helpful and knowledgeable about the process and renting a unit for me and my cousin to share. just my cousin doesn't have a google account she has aol so she couldn’t leave a review. But definitely recommend this location she is so very welcoming and patient as well and will take her time to tell you all the information and features of the facility.
I had a wonderful experience when I went to Public Storage for a tour and get all details before I booked online. Linda @ the Commack Location was very helpful and detailed. The facility was clean and felt very safe. Lori F
Danielle is wonderful and I would suggest her to any one.
The facility is clean and protected. But for the extremely high prices they should provide an easily accessible bathroom, which is only available when the office is open. My only other complaint is carts? Where did they disappear to?
