I've been a customer with Public storage for about 6 months now, I had an issue a few months ago that Karen the store manager was able to resolve for me and once again KAREN to the rescue. I had a discrepancy that I was not able to resolve with there customer service but Karen was able to put me at ease and helped resolve the issue again. I would recommend anybody looking for a storage unit in the area to go to Public storage in Methuen Karen will help you with the storage needs you are looking for. THANK YOU KAREN 😀
