Brandon was amazing. Really made the process simple and quick. Other facilities tried guilting me into business but Brandon just spoke to me normally and answered all the questions we had. It was stress free.
Morally corrupt, disgusting business practices. I spent my weekend moving my stuff into a different facility because my rent went from $85 to $112 to $144 to $194 in a two year period. They will raise it indefinitely and watch units on camera to see which is getting filled so they can gouge the rent and assume someone will keep paying out of convenience of not moving. Great service. Easy access. Friendly people.
We love working with Brandon and Jim at the Public Storage unit in Mt Lebanon PA. They were so helpful when we needed to downsize to a different unit. They were also wonderful and willing to work with us on the monthly fees. Corporate on the other hand was useless. Highly recommend working directly with property managers vs National corporate line when making reservations.
