Miss Kim the property manager helped me out today. Got my rent lowered and got my late fee away because I was out of town working thank you so very much. You were helpful today.
Started using this location about 3 months ago and can say the place is spotless. I've had nothing but great experiences with the staff anytime I've needed anything at all. They're stocked with moving supplies in the office in case you forget anything (I needed a mattress bag). Kim specifically has been an absolute angel, and even helped me get my seized lock to open. 10's across the board!!
I see alot of reviews about how good Kim, the property manager has been and I couldn’t agree more. From the moment I walked in to the office until the time I left, she was very attentive and willing to help in anyway she could. Excellent!
Kim was super sweet and nice and she was patient with me and the computer froze up she still did everything she could to get me rented. She's located at the Dayton Boulevard location by the interstate
