Tricia is AMAZING! I ran up to a locked Public Storage office door (it was 5:01, aka after closing) with an emergency and she let me in and got to resolving my issues immediately. She went above and beyond to help me AFTER HOURS with the most willing and pleasant attitude, and might I add with finesse (she’s definitely great at her job).
