Today I had the pleasure of being shown two storage units by Jill. Not only did she show me the units, she also took the time to write down the two locations that may better suit my current needs. Jills customer service was top notch. I really enjoy working with her.
Typical garbage rental place. App never works. Started me at 53 a month and now it’s going up to 118. Also they have a huge rodent problem. Droppings and urine all over my boxes. One of my items was bitten and ripped through. I will attach more photos as I take them but so far I have one where you can see the rodent pee stains. If you want all of your belongings to smell like rodent pee then by all means rent from here. Thank you for making my decision to cancel with you guys the easiest decision I’ve made.
