After renting a space for a few mths we emptied our container on the 2nd of the month. Two days later I was charged for a full month of storage. I called customer service & was told ‘Next time, empty out on the last day of the month & you won’t be charged.’ Well I call BS. PRORATE is the word. There won’t be a next time for me.
