Very friendly people and very accommodating
Storage plus at Lawrence Ave Ne is a very convenient storage location near highway 1 and highway 50. The lady at the front desk is particularly helpful and the prices are reasonable. The climate controlled facility is not open 24 hours but it is open from early morning until ten at night
Self Storage Plus at 2301 Lawrence Ave, NE is awesome. I have a 10x15 space that will fit my items that I can afford and the access and exit is not only convenient, but HIGHLY secure. The people there are great, the manager, John, is really congenial and helpful, I unloaded some items yesterday IN THE RAIN and the covered walkway over the entrances kept me and my furnature dry. It's also close enough to my Dupont DC location without the incredibly high downtown cost ... I'M SOLD ON SELF STORAGE PLUS at Lawrence Ave! 🤠
I’m trying to get in contact with onsite staff for days to pay a past due bill for my mother’s unit. No access for days and can’t pay online. This is substandard customer service.
After going to two other storage facilities, i made the best decision choosing Self Storage Plus on Lawrence Ave. in Washington DC. All my questions were answered. Even when i ran into a little problem John (facility manager) was able to address the matter and made everything right! He is very knowledgeable, professional and will go the extra mile to get you the storage unit you need if he can.
