Excellent storage unit. My son at GW used this. It was a quick uber from Foggy Bottom.Run very well, great prices, clean, climate control. We even got 1st month free.
I was having an issue with the door on my unit and couldn’t figure it out by myself. Bruce fixed the issue in record time! He is professional, friendly, and helpful.
Don't go very mad manager with rude attitude. Very poor Customer Service. The employee was unprofessional and instead of answering ours questions he called the police and made a false claim of trespassing and he refused to let us access the unit we being rented for over the year and never experienced like this.
I rented a unit online and went into the office to check-in. I was shown to my unit and put my lock on it next to a lock owned by the storage facility. The manager said he would come back later that day to remove their lock. I showed up the next day with 5 people and a full truck ready to unload and the company's lock was still on my locker.
