Tra at Self Storage Plus was incredibly helpful and professional. She made the process quick and easy and answered all my questions with patience. Great customer service!
I do not recommend this storage facility at all. They've been jacking up their rent incessantly. Their management and customer service are utterly inept and unresponsive. They also cheated me out of money by claiming I owed them money when I didn't and by telling me they'd waive certain unfair fees near the end of my lease but ended up not doing so. To add insult to injury, they refused even to return or to compensate me for the padlock they made me buy when I opened the lease but then either removed or destroyed to place "o... read more
