Great new management! The man on site made sure we were great, made sure we knew when he was coming back in office, swept the storage area, and more! Last year it was a terrible experience but the new management definitely makes up for it.
I've been a tenant at the Lawrence Ave location and I must say the highlight of my experience is the general manager, John. He has consistently been kind, patient and helpful towards me, even when I've fallen behind on payments 😅 This is my first time renting a storage space and I recommend it to anyone on a budget. This establishment has low rates, excellent costumer service and a very clean environment. Thanks again for everything!
Self storage plus It’s a wonderful place very clean and the management very friendly and respectful fair price i suggest for everyone.
Very friendly people and very accommodating
Storage plus at Lawrence Ave Ne is a very convenient storage location near highway 1 and highway 50. The lady at the front desk is particularly helpful and the prices are reasonable. The climate controlled facility is not open 24 hours but it is open from early morning until ten at night
