Our rent was increased after just 4 months from $314 to $420. Increasing rent 33% after only 4 months feels like a bait and switch, so we are pretty unhappy about this development.
I'm so disappointed. This is the worst warehouse I've ever encountered. The elevator breaks down and nobody fixes it, and the furniture can't be moved. Plus, the office is always empty. Their phone number is the switchboard, not the office number. Every time I call, the switchboard answers and transfers me here, but no one ever answers. I can’t say enough good things about the team at this storage facility, especially Erica Wilson and Bruce Williams. I had to go in for some administrative stuff with my unit, and they made the entire process so smooth and simple. I was truly grateful for their great service!
Had more than enough room for my stuff.
