In this day and age it seems that customer service is a lost art. You will NOT find this to be the case at the Woodbridge CubeSmart location. Rina called me to work out all the details of my rental, answered all my tedious questions and was an absolute, pure delight the entire conversation! I sincerely wish all businesses had a “Rina”. It would make the world a much happier place because she definitely made my day!! Extraordinary job! Keep up the exceptional work!!
Terrible customer service!! Been trying for a few weeks to just update my autopay info and I can NEVER get a hold of anyone and nobody will call you back. So, today I went in person to the location at about 9:50am and the doors are locked and there is a little clock that says they will be back at 11am. So I drive back at 11:05 and the doors are locked and the little clock says they will be back at noon!!! WTH? There were two other customers trying to go in as well. Just moved in a couple of weeks ago and let me say I hope this honeymoon phase lasts. The cleaning lady was so helpful it was unreal. My storage unit is in an easily accessible place and there are always carts to assist you with loads. I’m really crossing my fingers on this. Don’t let me down CUBESMART.
Rina is awesome what ever you are paying her is not enough .
So polite and friendly. Explained everything and set me up without a hitch.
