Very disappointing customer service experience. I was specifically told to come into the store to make my payment so that the $30 late fee could be waived due to a change in the card on file. I made the trip to the store as instructed, only to be told that there had been a “miscommunication” and that the $30 fee would still be charged. If I had known the fee would not be waived, I could have simply made the payment online and saved myself the time and inconvenience of coming to the store.
