I rented a unit from Public Storage in Glenview. The lady Mary was very kind and helpful. She even called me the next day to follow up to see if I needed anything. Public Storage is very lucky to have such a quality employee like Mary.

We are renting a 10 x 25 unit and I was quoted $269/month which fit our budget and needs. After 4 months without warning, they have jacked our rate up to $379 based on "market demand"!! That's a 40% increase after 4 months. Beware before you fall for their "competitive rate" like we did.

They illegally sold my stuff with no notifications, emails, or letters. They refuse to return my calls. Don’t use them. I’m suing. I have proof the violated many IL laws
