My son rented out a spot somewhere towards the back of the facility. I was not crazy about that. But I am able to access my unit with no problems. Mary tried to help me find a suitable size and better location for me but things did not work out. Maybe a month or two down the road. All in all it has still been a good experience.
I tried this place last month. It's really nice and the lady Mary helped me a lot to pick out a unit. Just a small one for my nephew to put his things. Very nice place
Edit: One week later and I'm already regretting it... I was told I would receive a map via email and I didn't. On my first day to move in, I could not get into my unit. I tried calling and no answer (even though someone was in the office). So then I walk outside because im totally lost to head to the office in POURING rain like blankets (4.2.25 so you can verify). Mary eventually lets me in after watching me walk from the garage to her office door and still makes me wait 5 seconds standing outside waiting. I ask for a map an... read more
I’m so glad I came across this facility. My current place (down the street) raised their rates from $90 a month to $250 in 10 months for a single unit and Mary from Public is saving me hundreds a month now. Ty ty Ty!
