Edit: One week later and I'm already regretting it... I was told I would receive a map via email and I didn't. On my first day to move in, I could not get into my unit. I tried calling and no answer (even though someone was in the office). So then I walk outside because im totally lost to head to the office in POURING rain like blankets (4.2.25 so you can verify). I’m so glad I came across this facility. My current place (down the street) raised their rates from $90 a month to $250 in 10 months for a single unit and Mary from Public is saving me hundreds a month now. Ty ty Ty!
Mary was very helpful, everything is perfect at this location, very good customer service, I had issues processing the rental online, Mary guided me through and I am very happy with the service.
