Public STORAGE employee broke into 20 units and stole all of our belongings. And they denied my claim saying there was no forced entry when the police report says it. If it didn't happen then I should be in jail going viral for filling a false police report. PUBLIC STORAGE ALLOWS EMPLOYEES TO STEAL YOUR STUFF. The employee had a new dent in her car everytime I went there

I don't have an issue with the staff, but the company raises my rent by $40 every three months. If you call to see why, you have to pay the higher amount in order to reduce it again for the next three months. They will only do that once. The official line is that they are reevaluating prices in the area. It's such a scam.
Literally my unit was broken into twice. Lock cut. First time was clearly a scouting event as minimal items were taken. Second time half my unit was stolen.
