WORST PLACE EVER. THEY DO NOT TREAT YOU WITH RESPECT THEY DO NOT FOLLOW UP ON ANYTHING. I CLEARED OUT MY UNIT LAST MONTH AND ADVISED THEM MULTIPLE TIMES I WAS ENDING MY RENTAL AS AGREED THE OFFICE DID NOT OPEN UNTIL 9:30AM AND NO ONE WAS IN FOR HOURS AS THEY WERE SUPPOSEDLY CLEANING BUT AFTER MULTIPLE PHONE CALLS THEY STILL DID NOT CLOSE OUT MY UNIT AND ARE STILL BILLING ME. THEY ARE DISREPUTABLE AND AWFUL PEOPLE TO WORK WITH DO NOT RENT HERE UNTLESS YOU WANT PROBLEMS

Paying the invoice on storage for since 2011. But since our company is only allowed in with a key. A key that what not turned back in when the employee left our company. Even though we pay the invoice on auto pay every month. our company has not re-course or access to the storage unit we have. Gotta love the whole customer service here. I will not use them nor do I recommend them.
