Gabby helped us and the place was so clean
I stored my items here for a year without having read the reviews prior (my mistake). Fortunately, none of my beautiful items got infested with rats or bugs, but the unit itself was downtrodden, with a shady elevator that kept breaking down, and there were various cobwebs and spiders throughout the hallway. Also, the wheeling carts either were nowhere to be found 90% of the time, or only the broken one was there (incredibly difficult to maneuver).
