Very dirty, broken glass and a mess everywhere in the elevator area

This is a good public storage with great service. It is clean and well maintained. Karen was the store manager when we were there. She provided thoughtful guides and was very helpful answering our questions. There was a small accident — we got trapped in the elevator for an hour (and for this I deduct one star). Good thing is it was easy to contact people for help. The elevator emergency call system worked well.
