Excelente customer service respectful and kind always have a smile on there face treat me like family
The online experience is rough. Particularly if you need to book two spaces at the same location. When I called the customer service number they couldn't help me because their system was down. So I had to go to the location and arrange renting the second space in person. Public Storeage needs to invest in AI for a more seamless customer experience.
