do not rent from these people. They don't care about anything. we could not pay our storage for this month due to the virus and the jerk told we had til April 26th to pay or they were going to sell out stuff. they are jerks

do not rent from these pirates!!! rental hikes every year!!! my unit just went from 84.69 to 97.43 with the excuse of a combined sales tax rate change?? that's a 12.74 per month increase, the sales tax in the county is still at 7 percent. so WTH?? they pulled the same crap last year!! I will be looking for storage elsewhere!!

Has to be worst storage place in this area if not entire county. Elevators always broke, customer service sucks. As you walk through hallways, you could hear other renters were pissed at quality of units, customer service and increasing fees. After months of elevators being broken, they finally are operable(so I thought). They move sooo slow, the doors open sooo slow and elevators make random weird noises that gives you a bad feeling while inside. The elevators just all round give you a bad feeling. If I could rate this place with a 0, I would. There is a major lack of security here considering this location allowed someone who was not listed on my contract to close my account. When opening the unit, I was ensured that nobody could alter the account unless they were on the contract or unless I was no longer keeping up to date with payments. I had the account paid for up to a specific date, and was not getting a refund for closing early. There were items still in the unit, and not once did the employee in the office ques... read more
