Awesome place, even better folks
This public storage office is so clean. It is well maintained and Jenny is so helpful. She always goes above and beyond when I have questions and she is very knowledgeable of her job and deserves a good raise! Good people are hard to find and keep. She is a keeper for sure.
Jen, onsite manager is more than great. Professional, helpful, considerate, etc. etc. However, my rate has increased twice in one year. Voiced my concern to upper management. He indicated to me he would address the issue. One month later, rent increased 25% with no notice and no feedback from upper management. As far as I am concerned he was inconsiderate and unprofessional. I informed Jen of my intention to vacate. Very disappointed with upper management.
