They will RIP YOU OFF, bad customer service and the units are smelly and there are vermin – I rented a unit from Public Storage in West Chester for 6 months in 2007. The unit seemed fine at first, however, as I was removing my belongings I saw a rodent in the unit. I have used at least a bottle of Febreeze to get the mildewly smell out of things that were sealed in containers.
