I like the fact that now there is 24 hour access availability i enjoy the climate control but it is keept at 80 degrees in the halls witch it feels very hot when I am in my storage room/ locker maybe if there were fans or something in the hall ways it would help and it would be nice if there were a light in our units because if you close the door to the climate control storages hall with in a few mins all the hall lights go out so it seems to let the cool air out of the building if we have to leave the hall doors open so you... read more

Super easy and it was an overall rush on my end, they helped me even when I felt I was last min.! Easy access to your unit, it was bigger than I expected it to be. That’s a bonus! She was nice enough to call me back just to see if I had any problems or needed help. That’s great customer care! I wanted to point out how scary it was for me just to get a storage, but they took real good care of me and you can’t match their price neither! Great service!
