MOLD and ROACHES in CLIMATE CONTROL! I was forced to put my furniture and life time belongings in storage so I could care for my elderly father in Florida. Due to the recession, the length of time my things were in storage grew; however, I did manage to check on my things at least every six months. My things are still in storage and it's been 3 years!
