Mr. Kevin was great. I just got a unit there and when I got it there were a ton of pipes taking up space inside the unit so I needed to get another one. He was very helpful! Made it simple and easy. And was very patient! I give him a 5 but I give the facility a 4 because they don’t have a lot of carts around. They don’t know where they are. Only thing they should improve.

My mother recently passed away and had a storage unit at this location. Unfortunately, her rent was not set to autopay, and by the time our family learned of it, the account was past due and the contents were scheduled for auction this morning at 10 a.m. This could have been a devastating day for our family—if not for the compassion and quick action of the location manager, Chelle.
