My mother recently passed away and had a storage unit at this location. Unfortunately, her rent was not set to autopay, and by the time our family learned of it, the account was past due and the contents were scheduled for auction this morning at 10 a.m. This could have been a devastating day for our family—if not for the compassion and quick action of the location manager, Chelle.
