Customer service was great. I walked in and got help through the entire process step by step.
Do not rent unit #2122, roof leaks and you get water dripping on your stuff.

If I could give zero stars I would. There are literal rats dead in the hall ways up to the units. If you don’t see a dead rat I promise you will smell it. Although I will admit it is most likely due to the manager being a paraplegic member of our society, but this is not a reason to harbor deadly diseases from dead rats all over the facility.
