This storage place is very irresponsible and not willing to right their wrongs. They put a lock on a unit that was paid in full in advance and not even an apology or valid reason for doing so. Phone calls and voice mails go unanswered. Extremely poor customer service!!!!!
Damion and Denillare very professional, polite, and go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. There has not been one time that I have spoken to Damion that he was not attentive and solution focused. Damion helped me cut cost by showing me a lower rental that suited my needs much better.
