I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at the Public Storage location at 7800 Fenton Street. I entered the property during posted access hours, around 5:45 PM, and left approximately 10–15 minutes after the 6:00 PM closing time. I then received an email, a text message, and an account notice regarding the same incident. What makes this more frustrating is how unusually restrictive this location’s access hours are.
