I had an amazingly easy and great experience. I came in with a problem and Andi, who was working that day was able to assist in solving my problem. . My husband and I moved in October of 2023 and had to put majority of our belongings into storage. This place had good pricing and it was close to our new home. However, after two weeks of our belongings being stored here, we started to see evidence of critters being in our unit. Droppings and urine marks were all over our things. Great price and this is the second time I rented a storage unit and BEWARE of mice infestation. I had to clean mice poop and pee and converted everything into plastic tub storage plus killed 4 mice. Make sure to block all little openings!
This is the only business that keeps raising your price 20-30 percent EVERY few months regardless of how long you rent with them. They don't value their long term customers. Their advertised prices are only good for a few short months.
