Elevator has been broken for months. I have called about this issue multiple times and keep getting told it will be fixed soon. Can't get to my unit on the 3rd floor yet they don't have a problem raising the rates on us.
Elevator to get to my storage unit is still not working. I’ve called multiple times in the past 3 months about this issue. My until is on the 3rd floor so this is a real inconvenience. I’m at my storage until right now and I called customer service and they were completely unhelpful yet public storage has no problem raising the rates. Was promised a $50 credit for the elevator being out of order but was charged the new higher rate without the credit.
