I stopped in the office to ask questions about storage I will need in November. Denise was friendly and patient and gave me my answers. She even had suggestions to help my packing. I will be back here in a couple mo the because of her

Good service and value
I needed a unit to store my trailer and Todd (Public Storage) met with me in person and took the time to find the best unit for me regarding easy access (trailer). Todd also explained how everything works from access to payments etc. If you get to work with Todd, he'll make it smooth and easy. Super nice guy. Todd, thanks again for helping me check out a unit and for getting me up all set up.
Even though we completed our storage rental online, Antoinette took the time to call and check in to make sure everything went smoothly with our move and that we had no issues with our unit. That thoughtful follow-up really stood out. She was kind, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find. Thank you, Antoinette, for going the extra mile!
