I’ve had pretty good experiences with the Eastlake and MLK locations, so I was confident renting storage here. Massive mistake. In less than a year they’ve jacked up the price $200, erasing the discount they sold me on after only two months. And even though it’s automated, 24 hour access costs extra. This place is a bait & switch. Store somewhere honest.
Pascal and Amy are so amazing!! Always there to help you with anything, almost anytime!! I highly recommend this place!
