I've had a locker here for a few months and haven't had any issues. It's self service which I really like. The price is nice. The lockers and facility are always very clean. The office isn't really open but I've called and got answered right away. They're in a convenient location as well. I feel very comfortable with my things here.

So there's this guy..... Named John. This guy went above and beyond for me more than I ever would expect anybody from a public storage would do. I had a very small complained that he investigated and he did what he could. And in the end result I'm so happy that I came across him. Give me the answers I was looking for. And took the time to have me understand. 10,000 points to you John. I appreciate you very much

John Michael (manager) did a great job handling a number of people who arrived at the same time. I was set up with my unit and was able to load it right away. A+++

I don’t usually leave reviews, but John really deserves one. I stop by this Public Storage often to get inventory for my business, and every time I see John, he’s working hard to keep the property clean and making sure customers have everything they need. What stands out the most is how much he genuinely cares. A storage facility isn’t exactly a place where employees get a lot of opportunities to connect with customers like they would at a restaurant or grocery store.
