Rented a 10x30 unit. No working light. Was promised it would be fixed before moving in. They had one month advance notice! Not fixed. Took several months and a dozen calls after move in to be fixed. Then a couple months later the lights are back out. If you can imagine the average size of a room is 11x13 this is a 10x30 deep storage with no windows. I was suggested to buy a tap light. Really? If you use this facility or know someone who does come check your stuff. 70+ break-ins and robberies and they haven't notified anyone. Come check file a police report ASAP
