Noel is a good custumer service .
Canceled my reservation at this location due to Carolina‘s poor customer service. She had nothing but an attitude the entire phone call when I was asking questions. I had spoke with Sean the day prior about my reservation and he was very pleasant and was supposed to call me back with answers to my questions but he did not. Sean was very knowledgeable about Public Storages prices, units and general information. Because of his expertise, I was able to get my unit today. I am so happy that I did. Thanks for Sean! :-)
Karlina the proprerty manager was very nice and professional. She took the timel to explain rental storage rules and regulations and making sure I understood the rental agreement.
