He tenido unidades en esta tienda por un buen tiempo y acabo de hacer un cambio a una unidad mas grande y el procedimiento fue fácil gracias a la ayuda de Octavio. El, desde un principio a sido muy amable y profesional.
Esta es la segunda ves que vengo hasta tienda y me volvió atender Octavio. Esta ves y la primera también fueron buenas experiencias por su manera de comportarse.

Outstanding service from Octavio! I’ve had a unit at Public Storage for over a year while I was away in California, and everything was perfect when I returned. Octavio has been incredibly helpful the entire time. He made sure I stayed on top of my payments so I never risked losing my storage, and he always provided great customer service. Really appreciate his professionalism and support—definitely deserves 5 stars!
