The storage is fine, but the problem is that the forklifts are useless and there are only two, and they are never available due to the foot traffic that comes here. With what one pays monthly, there should be at least six forklifts and they should be in perfect condition, since they are work tools when one comes to this place. I previously had a bad encounter due to a price increase due to the market rates increasing. Melania the property manager contacted me regarding the issues. She was a very big help in assisting me we finding a solution to that not only remedied the situation, but instructed me on future steps to assist with renewing the unit and how make sure we receive the best rate possible.
