Grace has gone above and beyond to take care of me. Through no fault of hers there ended up being a water leak from the heavy rains and water got into my unit. She not only called for a clean up of the water but for Tucker, Janessa and Nicole to come and help me move into a new unit and get resettled. Grace I can't thank you enough for caring about my items as if they were your own. Thank you Tucker, Janessa and Nicole for helping me get moved quickly. You guys are the best.
Grace at this location is the best! At every step of the way, she was kind, clear and communicative. She bent over backwards to make my life easier. I could not recommend this location more!
Super easy move in and the lady at the front desk was super helpful :)
My family and I stored all our personal items with this storage. We used the space for nearly a year. Grace was always friendly with us. However my husband followed all the directions she gave him to clean out the storage and was told to allow her to see that the storage was cleaned out after he finished moving. He did exactly that and called to let her know he was finished vacating the lot. She refused to answer her phone for over an hour and left him waiting around, creating time issue for our schedule.
