I had items in storage at this location for over 2 years and I just want to say that this location is amazing and they care about their tenants 100%. Grace is one of the most wonderful people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting and she makes the entire process with renting a unit simple and easy. She’s also very good about checking in with tenants and she puts care for renters above anything else. I highly recommend renting at this location if you ever need storage!
Grace has gone above and beyond to take care of me. Through no fault of hers there ended up being a water leak from the heavy rains and water got into my unit. She not only called for a clean up of the water but for Tucker, Janessa and Nicole to come and help me move into a new unit and get resettled. Grace I can't thank you enough for caring about my items as if they were your own. Thank you Tucker, Janessa and Nicole for helping me get moved quickly. You guys are the best.
Grace at this location is the best! At every step of the way, she was kind, clear and communicative. She bent over backwards to make my life easier. I could not recommend this location more!
